Happy New year

So to welcome one more year of our life . In this year we will take many resolution and oaths like I will leave this habit I will leave smoking , I will go to the temple daily , I will give this much of amountin charity, but anyone of us does ever take an oath to be happy always or to fight with all the situation with courage or to be positive and optimistic always? Do we ever take oath to live beyond the cages of if and but Do we ever take any oath to get ourself free from the bonds of those meaningless rules which we ourself make for the sake of our ego and pubic reputation . We think ourself a free animal and an animal with mind who can never be in the cage but we are in the cage. We walk tall with animals thinking that we are much better then them but in reality they are much better than us because they have more freedom even being in the cage than us .We are bond in the cage of meterialism , Ego society , and even in the limits of borders also but these guys are not bond to do what they do not wish for . These animals can take the pleasure of their all the senses and can be happy in small things only but we people do not take the pleasure of what we actually have we be sad for those things which we actually do not have.

So instead of celebrating and to take the oaths to leave something we should take the oath of being a positive thinker only and try to be happy in all the situation because thinks are not changed either you are happy with them or sad so it is better to look the best part of the thing instead of thinking about the negative part . The sadness and the happiness are the state of mind only why to take then in to your heart .

Rivers of the world

The Nile is the longest river in the world. It is about 4,135 miles (6,650 km) in length and flows in a northward direction to where it finally drains into the Mediterranean Sea. It passes through ten countries on the continent of Africa, where it has been a main source of water and life .The Nile has two main contributories, the White Nile and the Blue Nile.

The Amazon is approximately 3,980 miles (6,400km) in length and is the second longest river in the world. It passes though seven countries in South America and is actually the largest river in terms of volume and flow. In fact, it accounts for one-fifth of the world’s river flow. For these reasons scientist dispute that it should be considered the longest river in the world .

The Yangtze River (also called the Chang Jiang) is about 3,915 miles (6,380 km) in length and is the third longest river in the world. Because it is the largest river in its region it is important economically, historically and culturally. .

The Missouri-Mississippi River system at about 3,900 miles (6,300 km) in length, it is the fourth longest river in the world. Its average discharge of water makes it the tenth largest river in the world. It is the only river located in North America that made the top ten longest rivers list. Also, its name comes from an Ojibwe word meaning “Great River”. About 98.5 percent of this river is located within the United States, the rest resides in Canada.

The Yenisei is thought of as the greatest river system that flows in the Arctic Ocean and at 3,445 miles (5,539 km), is the fifth longest river in the world. It is in Russia and is mainly in the Siberian region. This river includes several hydro-electric dams that fuel a significant part of Russia’s primary industry. The Yellow River (also called the Huang He) is the second longest river in the People’s Republic of China and is the sixth longest in the world being about 3,010 miles (4,845 km) in length. In china it is known by both positive and negative nicknames. The positive one being “the cradle of China” because it is the birthplace of northern Chinese civilization and the negative one being “China’s sorrow” because of the flooding that occurs that causes a large amount of damage.

The Ob-Irtysh river system makes up the seventh largest river in the world. The Irtysh is a tributary of the Ob and is actually longer than the Ob. These rivers are located in Siberia and together are about 3,364 miles (5,410 km) in length. They form a major basin in Asia, encompassing most of Western Siberia and the Altay Mountains. The Congo River (also called the Zaire River) is the second largest river in Africa and the eight largest in the world. It is about 2,922 miles (4,700 km) long. It has both the second largest flow and the second larges draining basin in the world, only following the Amazon. The Congo has its name because of the Kingdom of Kongo that inhabited the area at the mouth of the river in ancient times. It is known as the Zaire River only because between 1971 and 1997he area was known as Zaire and the government called it the Zaire River until the country be came the Republic of Congo. The Amur River (also called the Heilong Jiang) is the world’s ninth longest river and is also the border between the Russian Far East and Northeastern China. This River flows across northeast Asia to the Strait of Tartary, where it finally drains into the Pacific Ocean. It was has been called the” Black River” because it was sacred to the Manchu and the Qing Dynasty and it is also a symbol of Russian-Chinese relations.

The Lena River is Russia’s greatest river and being approximately 2,800 miles (4,400 km), it also the world’s tenth longest river. This river has seven different tributary rivers that join with it and they are the Kirenga River, the Olyokyma River, the Vitim River, the Amga River, the Aldan River, the Vilyuy River and the Maya River. It has the unique distinction of the River who appears to be the largest river in the world when looked at with a Mercator projection.

Life is a journey .

Today , while coming to Dehradun I was passing through the forest and mountain hills I just thought I am feeling safe and was not worry as in such a dangerous road I was going but at the same time I thought What if the bus stops in this road , I will be much worried and will unsecure and will start weeping also . The life is also like that we can pass through the hard time and life moves ahead as well as we have the shelter of love then the hard time passes through and even we take a sleep also in the mid more over we do not even realize that we ever passes through the way of mountains we just remember that like a pleasant sight .

Benefits of Reading

Happy is the man who acquire the habit of reading when he is young .He has secured a life –long source of pleasure, instruction and inspiration So long as he has his beloved books , he need never feel lonely . He always has a pleasant occupation of leisure moment , so that he need never feel bored .He is the possessor of wealth more precious then gold . Ruskin calls books . Kings treasures – treasuries filled , not with gold and silver and precious stones , but with riches much more valuable than these knowledge , noble thoughts high ideals Poor indeed is the man who does not read , and empty is his life .
The blessing which the reading habit confers on its possessor are many provided we choose the right kind of books . Reading gives the highest kind of pleasure and amusement – for example good novels . Novels and books of imagination must have their place in everybody’s reading .When we are tired , or the brain is weary with serious studies , it is a healthy recreation to lose ourselves in some absorbing story written by master hand .
But to read nothing but books of fiction is like eating nothing but cakes and sweetmeats. As we need plain , wholesome food for the body , so we must have serious reading for the mind . And here we can choose according to our taste . there are many noble books on history , biography , Philosophy religion , travel and which will give us not only pleasure but an education . And we can develop a taste for serious reading , so that in the end it will give us noble thought and beautiful imagining clothed in lovely and musical language .
Books are the most faithful of friends. Our friends may change or die but our books are always patiently waiting to talk to us . They are never cross, peevish or unwilling to converse ;as our friends sometimes are .No wonder a reader becomes a book –lover.

Change the election system in India

In my country a lot of people are starving , so many beggars are there , People can not educate their kids just because they are not capable to afford it and on the other hand we spend a lot of money .In that onlny 40% of people only cast there votes .The goverment is selected only though the 40% people even after spending a lot .Even then do you think that the system is right of electing our minister . Here we select the party not the person . THIS IS SO CALLED LOK TANTRA ALL THE MINISTERS ARE SELECTED NOT BY THE PEOPLE BUT BY THE PARTY . Here everybody shouts that we are selected by the public but public it self is not happy by he selected minister and public is not even important in choosing the minister . That is why the talented and the good person could not serve the nation as well as tis is the only reason why my nation is still developing .So the election system should be like that what I mention in the following lines:

The election should not be based on the Bahumat system means there should be seprate elections for the seats and the seprate elections for the posts as in existing system the party which wins the maximum number of seats will be called to prove the BAHUMAT if they are unable to prove that means one more elections and waste of more maoney as in that election also only 40% people will cast their votes as they enjoy the public holiday .
But in the changing system the seprate electons for big posts and the 526 seats there would be parties for the seats in every district and from all the parties and from without party also there should be different people for differnet post and there should be elegibility for every post educational as well as social also.

There should be elections in evry five years and by this there would be no SANSAD BHANG and no waste of money and labour infact people will consentrate on their work instead of their chair .

The form of election should also be changed as in this time of information technology we should not be bond woth those old systems of machines and papers their should be the system of mobile vote casting and email vote casting where every person has only one account and he only has the pass word that he can use to caste the vote by this mode the voting percentage will also be increased and their would be less spending and less cheating as well less terror

Some Tips to speak English

1. We never use to before home as home is an adverb. We use to before house.

2. We always use the first form of main verb.

3.After for and after if main verb is used that is ing form .
For example: I will come to you after finishing my homework.

4.We use get is so many ways where get has no actual mean of the word like
She has got engaged.
I get ready at 5o clock .
The classes have got over .
Here the thing to remember is that in these kind of sentences there is no main verb but an adjective is used .

5.The third form of the verb is also used as an adjective .So in those sentences they do not work as main verb.
They all were drunk
I saw a burnt lady
I have torn clothes.
He is a learned man.

6.The ing form is also used as an adjective in those sentences also ing form does not work as main verb so it is no neccessary that in those sentences there would be the form of 'be'

I like to watch rising sun

I saw a burning child.

7.The verb learn has both of the second and thord form learnt and learned but learned is used as an adjective and learnt is used as main verb .
I have learn English .
He is a learned man .

8.Second form of the verb is only used when we narrate ant past incident or past action or to tell the story which has no effect in present. This is called simple past tense or past indefinite
Yesterday I went to Agra .
I bought the car in 2006 .

9 We use present perfect tense only in three condition as students have a lots of confusion in simple past and present perfect tense .SO present perfect tense is usee in three ways
1 it is used to show the action of recent past like Sachin has come to school .

2.It is used to show an action whic happened in past but effect is still there in present . Like if an executive comes to you to promote his car then you will say that I have bought a car in 2006 (result so I can not buy your car )

3 To show the work which the subject has completly finished.
I have cooked food .
They have gone to the market.

9.Students always get confused in since and for , so since is used for thr specified time or point of the time like :
I have been working since 2006.
You have been watching movie since 2Oclock
She has been playing since morning

But for is used for duration of time as:

I have been waatching movie for three hours .
You have been playing for two hours
I have been working for three months .

10.To tell any imaginary position we use were with all the subjects means whenever we wish to become something else then we use were as helping verb like
If I were a primeminister I would have developed India

If she were a quees she would were a crown .

If you were a rich person you would have given me a car.

Opportunities in Teaching

Some years ago the post of teacher was considered as a low salary post, people of less eduacation and average student used to switch their career in the teaching field as it was thoght that there is not much income in education field but in some years there are some revulutionary changesin education . Now education has also become an industry . Now youngsters are also exited to get into teaching jobs but some of them has lack of information about the opportunities in teaching . Some of them still things that there is not much salary in teaching . THere are several posts in teaching and demands of good teachers in increasing day by day . This is the post where you can earn in government sector as well as in private sectors also . Some of the graduates even some post graduates waste their talents in very small schools and think that thier in no money in teaching while they can settle down and can have all the luxuries of life in this field only .

To make your career in goverenment sector you will haveto choose one out of these

P.R.T.- If we talk only about K.V.S.then the salary of prt starts from 20000/- . ANd for this you will have to be graduate plus two years diploma or degree in teaching. Experience always adds as an advantage.

T.G.T.- tgt is trained graduate teacher . For this in you will have to be graduate plus B.ed . Here starting salary is very good .

P.G.T for pgt some of the schools need pg and bed and some of them only ask for p.g.here salary start from 30000/-

Technical and other things in teaching in schools-There other post in goverment sector as computer trainer , and sports trainer also For computers ,pgdca and msc are required and for sports teachers B.Ped is required. For music teacher only graduate in musicis requuired .

Teaching in degree colleges :TO teach in the degree college is a very good and comfortable job . one can earn more then his expectations for these jobs you must either N.E.T. qualified or you will have to be phd . FOr N.E.t . you should score 55% marks in post graduation in the same way for phd you have to get 50 % marks in post graduation. But some private colleges also take only post graduates in there college with the good salary .

Teaching opportunities in private sector

In private secotor as a temporary teacher if we talk then the salary starts from 500 till 40000 rupees . If you apply in the very small school they will pay you a very less amount but do not think that there is nothing in teaching . If you go to big and good private school the salary starts from 5000 and in schools only it is upto 20000 but do not think that if you work in a small school it is waste of time sometimes even you can get the job in big schools for 14000 just beacuse of your experience and without bed also . To get the job in a big schools as a private teacher you should be fluent in English as well as master of your subject also . If you have knowledge then your future is always bright the main thing is thaht you will have to take steps in a right way . If you are B.ED there is no need to go with small schools just for 1500 or 2000 you should just be the master of your subject and be good at that subject and try in good school for the jobs becacuse most of the time your skills and knowledge is awarded .At the time of interview people will see your skills first . If you have skills with knowledge then no one can stop you to get a good job in a good school In private colleges also most of the time only post graduate person with good skills are appointed and that time your skills and confidence are seen . And day by day you can grow in your career in good colleges the salary starts from 20000 and after 6 commision if there is in the college then you can a very handsome salary .

So if you have good teaching skills do not think that there is nothing in this career .

Do not pay attention to the negative people

A group of frogs were traveling through the woods, and two of them
fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit
was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead. The
two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit
with all their might. The other frogs kept telling them to stop,
that they were as good as dead. Finally, one of the frogs took
heed to what the other frogs were saying and gave up. He fell down
and died.

The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again,
the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die. He
jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the
other frogs said, "Did you not hear us?" The frog explained to
them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the
entire time.

The maral of the story
Be deaf to those people who demaoralize you .
Put yourself for your goal completly forgetting even to yourself.
Words effects a lot on us so you also be careful

Be successful in your life

Everybody is living a hectic life . He is bewildered into his own life .Having a lot, people have nothing .Now we have mobile to talk our dearer and loving one we have laptops and pc to connect with all over the world to save our personal documents . I. pods to enjoy music without troubling other .and much more but the question which raise is "Are we really happy with our life? Or why the people in past were happier than us having lesser things than us . There are so many answers for this if we try to understand the depth of the matter.
Happiness and sadness are the states of our mind only which effect our emotion then effects our actions and life also . But if we control our mind we can even enjoy our failures also . Joseph Edison the inventor of bulb got more then 10000 time failure before the successful experiment of bulb . while a person having negative mind asked him to stop he answered him that he then knew the 10000 experiments by which the bulb will not become means after 10000 experiments he had known his 10000 mistakes which he would not repeat this was his attitude towards life and that’s why he got success in making bulb . The same thing is with us in the whole life we do not become as happy with our success as much we get depressed with our failures, and this is the main reason why we are not happy .
We people do not think of those things which we have but we think more about those thinks which we do not have . In thinking more about those things which we do not have we cannot get the pleasure of the things which we have . Then we start blaming others for that sometimes to God and sometimes the people around us .We do not take our failures positively. After getting failures we come to know about our weakness and mistakes and we do not try to remove them instead of that we start taking it negatively being so sad and pessimistic .
THE WHOLE LIFE IS LIKE A WAR .In this the person who have the positive energy wins. We always have a traditional example of an ant which never stops its journey . It tries, tries and tries and then get succeed . The same thing is with us . In this war it is not necessary that the person having more power will win or the person who had never fallen only wins but the person who has a positive energy to stand again after a defeat always wins . All of the successful people have faced the difficult phase of life but it was the power of facing problem with the calm mind made them in the race of life and an last they got the succeed .
WE SHOULD TAKE THE LIFE LIKE A GAME OF MARIO. In this game Mario is given some power to survive and to face the problems and other he has himself to get which are laid in his way sometimes he gets the power but sometimes he does not get success to get them but he does not stop moving ahead if he does not get one .He gets rid of the problems with his exist powers while we know that with the minimum powers it’s not easy to win even then we try our best and if we do not get success we try that again .

Ayodhya Verdict

The decision by the court on Ayodhya is disclosed now .the court gave its best decision to satisfy both sides . Now it is more necessary to keep the peace in the nation . For that the media should also stop to create the hypes and in the same way as this is in the favor of hindus they should not celebrate in the public places as it can create the problem in the same way people should beware of saying any quarrel as a Hindu muslim jhagda . It can increase the religious gaps . So to make peace and to get india out of religious differences we should be considerate and should understand the feeling of others also .So instead of teasing others we should respect the result . Because media, politicians and the parties nobody losses anything . we the common lay man are only the sufferer who have to lose some dearer one who has to pass the starving night and suffer from the hunger during curfew who has to face all the troubles .For them it is just a MUDDA but for all of us it becomes the survival . if a family lose a member it is just a news for everybody for a short period of time but it becomes the life time grief the life time incurable wound for the family
WE HINDU MUSLIMS ALWAYS SHOUT THAT HINDU MUSLIM BHAI BHAI . If our brother has lost something we never celebrate anything if we win .

which stream to be choosen

Generally it happens with all the students that they become unable to take right decision about their career .Some times they are forced by their parents to choose their line according to them only .Some times they choose what is taken by their friend and sometime they just are fascinated by the growth or attraction of purticular job. Some times their parents force them to take the subjects what they tell them .Some of the students listen to them with the fear of unsuccess in their own decisions . But before taking a decision a student must think a lot on this matter forgetting all the ifs and buts.
A student should firstly think about his talents and interests
If I have silk I can not make a pants out of that.Even if I get success in making that it would not look so good means I cann’t get the 100% result, the best of the thing till I do not use it for the purpose which it is made for .In the same way when I have a talent of doing something else then how could I give my 100% in that .So first of all analise yourself which things you are good at .If you are god at maths you should adopt it , If you have talent then polish it to get 100% even if you are more interseted in something else because the interest is the thing which you can fulfill at any time of your life ,you can loose your talent ,infact you can waste your talent if you do not give that an edge at the right time .
You will start getting success if you make your talent your interest also.
After realising the talents a student should analysis about all the things like availability ,sources scope and his actual situation .This time a student has a lots of prressure even they take wrong decision just to think that if I go to this line and I could not get success then I will be humilated by my parents and I will not be getting any help from any one .The first point a student should not even think because the another point is also there if I get success all people willadmire me a lot even they will not utter a single word. About second point a student should think a lot he should think about the support which he can get from parents and the support which he will not get .Then he should see either he is capable to face the hard situation ,or he canarange the things on which his family is not suporting .If he finds himself to arrange the thinks by doing hard work he should never give up .He should choose the way to grow his talents only .I can make a good dish if I know the recipy infact I have an interest and the goods are also availeble and the suitability of the time also .The recipy is my talent ,Interest is my willing Goods are support and money and the situation is the scope at the time suppose it is cold and you are making cold drink then it would be of no use .In the same way if you are doing the fashion designing course and there is no scope in your city and you c

My mother works in a company. My father also works in the same company. They both support us a lot. They both give us money. My m other cooks food only when she gets time, so my sister has to do lots of work. She chops vegetables in the night and then she cooks then in the morning. I help her in cooking. I prepare tea for everybody. Then my mother cooks some Indian food for all of us. She leaves home at 10 o clock. My sister leaves home at 11o clock. She washes clothes before leaving home. She comes back home at 5 o clock. Then she quarrels with me. I take lots of care of my sister. I prepare tea for her. She makes some snacks for me. We both take evening tea together. She starts preparing dinner at 7 o clock. That time I take some rest. Afterwards I go to play cricket. I come back at 8 o clock. That time my mother and father come to the house. Both of them then take some rest for 15 minutes and then help my sister in the kitchen. All of us take dinner together. We watch T.V. together till 10 o clock. We start teasing my sister by saying that she is the maid of our house. Then my mother goes to the kitchen and fries some chips for us. With chips we take milk also. I do study till 12 o clock.

mahendra singh dhoni's marriage

Four days ago the marriage of Indian cricketer Mahendra singh dhoni took place in my Dehradun .All the people from media according to me whom should have much ore important works rather then to become the vedio grapher of this marriage but they give their proper attention to this marriage only . They were askings the stupid questions to the female friends either they r shocked or not . In the same way all the indians forgot to do works and stuck to T.V. channels .I could not understand why people creates the hype to a normal thing . Mahendra singh dhoni himself is a human being . He also have the rights to feel all the normal things but most of the time of celebraty is spend to know eiother they r safe or not . I am sure dear mahi could not get the gratification of pleasure weather in dehradun during his marriage because of security reason . If we really love our ideal then we should give them the space .why to make their life like hell . When he does not play well all the people come and start abusing . In the same way at the time of marriage also we will not let them get the pleasure . Actually this is the problem with us . We spend most of the time RUNNING AFTER THE STAR WHILE IF WE BURN OURSELF IN THE FIRE OF HARDWORK WE CAN ALSO SHINE LIKE A STAR

Why protesting against valentine

SO one more Valentines day is their . Now some of te so called cutural organisation have started threating youngsters not to celebrate Valantines as it is against our culture but I want to raise some quesions for them . First of all, was Love not in Indian culture? Is more rubbish ten celebrating Valentines day Not going on in our India? Is everybody folowing all the customs and traditions of Indian culture? If I ask these people do YOu swave or help people whom you meet at road who have met withan accident.THey would say know because they dont want to create problems for themselves. If I ask these people have ever fulfilled all the oaths of your marriage. MOst of them would say that they even dont remember .If I ask them do they help girls on road being teased by boys on the road while going to school .THey would definately say no. Are all the themes not more important to follow for the sake of Indian culture Valentine Day . THey are protesting against celebrating Valentines Day which comes once in a year . If both girls and boy are celebrating it , it would be the wish of both while in 364 days many girls are teased and irritated by boys which causes negetivity and sacrifices in girls but no social organisation working it they just force couple not
celebrate valentine for the sake of indian culture . I want to ask them if they can stop them by doing this .? They can stop them celebrating it in public places but after that they wil search for some hidden places but they will definately celebrate it and in public places there are certain limitations but while in a hiden place they can cross all the limits.

YEs i do agree that , if couples are found in some awkward situation they should be given the creative punishment but this rule should be in action in all 365 days.
